1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Pakistan only through our website. For orders outside Pakistan, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Any additional courier charges, if required, will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be contacted via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before shipping.

5. Delivery Issues

If there is any issue with delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
